Shipping and Tracking

Shipping Terms:

At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within the continental North America and mostly international locations which USPS, FedEx, DHL or TNT Express can reach.

No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, We charge fixed flat rate for shipping, 9.99USD for order under 150USD and Free Shipping for order above 150USD, no matter where you are and no matter how many you purchased.

All our parcels are shipped via USPS or DHL online traceable service, 6-11 days worldwide shipping, receiver's signature required, P.O. Box and APO addresses are deliverable.

All Parcels will be marked as "Gift" or "Samples" to avoid custom duty.

We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. If you do have a deadline for delivery please consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.

The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Online Tracking:

Orders usually ships within 36-48 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking numbers.If you do not receive the tracking numbers email, contact us via online chat or e-mail at info@favorluxuries.com.
